Services

Five capabilities. One connected growth system.

We help manufacturers choose the right markets, price for them, build a pipeline they can measure, and activate the distributors who carry their brand, so growth stops depending on chance.

What we do

Market intelligence, pricing and channel strategy, and the commercial systems that let your own team run international sales.

Who it's for

Indian manufacturers of technical products, where buying decisions are technical, relationships matter and price alone doesn't win.

01

Market Entry Strategy

Identify and prioritise the markets where your products hold the strongest commercial potential.

Problem it solves

Target countries get chosen because of the latest enquiry, a distributor's opinion or a trade-fair contact, not because evidence shows where demand and margin actually exist. Effort spreads thin and nothing compounds.

What we do
  • Map how industrial buying decisions are made in each candidate market: who specifies, who approves, who controls the channel.
  • Score markets and segments for feasibility and potential.
  • Test positioning with Voice of Customer research.
  • Sequence entry so effort goes where returns are strongest.
Deliverables
  • Priority markets
  • Feasibility scores
  • Regional growth direction
  • Priority sequencing
Outcome

A clear, evidence-based decision on where to go first, and why. Your resources go to the markets with the strongest returns.

02

International Pipeline Architecture

Build structured demand systems through digital visibility, distributor alignment and pipeline governance.

Problem it solves

Enquiries arrive in bursts from unpredictable sources. Nobody can say which market, channel or message produces qualified pipeline, so growth can't be planned or repeated.

What we do
  • Design the demand system: digital visibility, distributor alignment and pipeline governance.
  • Define pipeline stages and what counts as a qualified lead.
  • Set up CRM visibility so every enquiry is tracked from source to order.
  • Put review rhythms in place so performance is measured, not guessed.
Deliverables
  • Pipeline design
  • Demand visibility framework
  • Pipeline and CRM architecture
  • International reporting
Outcome

Growth you can plan and repeat. You can see which market, channel and message produce qualified pipeline.

03

Pricing Strategy

Price for regional realities, competitor positioning and channel economics, not domestic assumptions.

Problem it solves

Pricing logic built for the home market gets carried abroad unchanged. Revenue grows while margins shrink, because the price doesn't survive freight, duties and channel costs.

What we do
  • Build the international price structure from regional realities, not domestic assumptions.
  • Benchmark against competitor price positions in each market.
  • Model channel economics so every layer's margin is visible.
  • Find where margin is leaking today.
Deliverables
  • International pricing model
  • Channel margin architecture
  • Pricing and margin gap review
Outcome

Prices that hold up after freight, duties and channel costs, and margin you can see by market and channel.

04

Competitor Analysis

Understand how international buyers perceive competing manufacturers, prices and channels.

Problem it solves

If a buyer cannot tell why you are different, you become an interchangeable supplier, and the only lever left is price.

What we do
  • Study how international buyers perceive competing manufacturers, their prices and their channels.
  • Gather buyer views through Voice of Customer research.
  • Benchmark competitors on what buyers actually weigh.
  • Turn the findings into market-specific, value-led positioning.
Deliverables
  • Competitor benchmarking
  • Buyer perception findings
  • Competitive positioning map
  • Market-specific positioning
Outcome

A clear reason for buyers to choose you that is not price alone.

05

Distribution Mapping

Design distribution models matched to each region's channel structure and your growth goals.

Problem it solves

A signed agreement is not a market. Without targets, support, visibility and governance, a distributor carries your brand passively and your growth stays flat.

What we do
  • Map each region's channel structure: who the partners and intermediaries are, and who controls access.
  • Design the distribution model to fit the region and your growth goals.
  • Set targets, support and visibility for each distributor.
  • Put governance in place so partners are measured, not just appointed.
Deliverables
  • Alignment model
  • Governance structure
  • Regional activation playbook
  • Coverage structure
Outcome

Distributors that actively carry your brand and are held to clear targets, with coverage that matches your growth plan.

Engagement models

Choose how we work together.

Start small with a diagnostic, or go straight to a build. The service pillars stay the same; the way we engage changes.

Model 1

Diagnostic

A fixed-scope diagnostic of your export position.

Best for: You are unsure where to start, or want clarity before committing.

What you get

  • Export readiness scorecard
  • Top 3 priority markets with feasibility scoring
  • Pricing and margin gap review
  • Pipeline and distributor health check
  • A prioritised 90-day action plan

Scope, duration and fee: shared when you enquire.

Model 2

Project

A scoped engagement on one or more pillars.

Best for: You have a defined need: entering a priority market, rebuilding international pricing, or mapping distribution for a region.

What you get

  • The deliverables for the pillars in scope
  • A defined scope agreed up front
  • Working documents, models and systems, not slide decks

Scope, duration and fee: shared when you enquire.

Model 3

Retainer / Advisory

Ongoing guidance once the system is in place.

Best for: Your team runs the system and wants a regular, experienced review.

What you get

  • Regular review of pipeline and distributor performance
  • Pricing and positioning checks as markets change
  • Advice on the next market decision

Scope, duration and fee: shared when you enquire.

Model 4

Build-and-Transfer

We build the system with your team, then hand it over.

Best for: You want the full capability to live inside your business.

What you get

  • Positioning, pricing, channel model and pipeline systems built for each priority market
  • Reporting, CRM visibility and review rhythms in place
  • Training and handover to named owners

Scope, duration and fee: shared when you enquire.

Capability transfer

How your team ends up running it alone.

We succeed when you no longer need us to run your exports. Every engagement is built to hand over.

  1. 1

    Build with you

We design each system with your team in the room, so they learn the logic and not just the output.

  2. 2

    Write it down

Models, playbooks and review templates are documented, so nothing depends on us being there.

  3. 3

    Run it together

Your team operates the pipeline, pricing and distributor reviews with us alongside, then out in front.

  4. 4

    Hand over

Named owners, review rhythms and reporting stay with you. We step back.

What your team owns at the end

  • A pipeline system with a named owner
  • The international pricing model
  • Distributor governance and a review rhythm
  • CRM and reporting visibility
  • Regional activation playbooks
Fit

Who this is, and isn't, for.

We would rather tell you now than after you've started.

A good fit if

  • You make technical products: engineering, chemicals, safety, capital goods, precision, metals or electrical.
  • You already get export enquiries or sell abroad, but growth feels reactive.
  • You want decisions on markets, pricing and channels based on evidence.
  • You can name someone inside the business to own the system after handover.
  • You are open to hearing that a market is not worth entering.

Probably not a fit if

  • You want an agent or an outsourced desk to run your export sales for you.
  • You are looking for guaranteed orders or a one-off list of leads.
  • You sell products where price is the only thing buyers weigh.
  • You want a report or deck without building the systems behind it.
  • You do not plan to own the system once we hand it over.
FAQs

Questions we hear most.

How is INDIAX different from an export agent or an outsourced export desk?

Agents and outsourced desks focus on activity. We build the evidence, pricing, pipeline and distributor governance, so your own team runs exports with control.

Do you find buyers for us?

We design the demand and pipeline system and align your distributors. We are not your sales agent, and we do not promise orders.

Where do we start?

Most manufacturers start with the Export Readiness Diagnostic: a fixed-scope review of your export position that ends in a prioritised 90-day action plan.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

The diagnostic is fixed in scope, and we share its duration and fee when you request one. Projects and retainers are scoped after the diagnostic.

Which industries do you work with?

Water and water treatment, chemicals, industrial safety, capital goods and machinery, precision and auto components, aluminium and metals, steel and fabrication, and electrical and electromechanical.

Which markets do you cover?

The Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, North America and emerging industrial markets.

We already have distributors. Can you work with them?

Yes. Distribution Mapping and the activation playbook are built around the distributors you already have: targets, support, visibility and governance.

Will we depend on you afterwards?

No. Every engagement is designed to end with your team running the system. We succeed when you no longer need us to run your exports.

Do you handle freight, customs clearance or export documentation?

Our scope is market, pricing, channel and pipeline strategy and the systems around them. Freight forwarding and customs clearance are not part of these services.
